McCutcheon Jr.
Frank McCutcheon is an experienced seaplane captain currently flying the Cessna Caravan and a seaplane flight instructor. The majority of his hours are on floats, and he has taught hundreds of students how to fly seaplanes. He is both a training captain and a CFI/CFII with extensive professional flying experience, having flown seaplanes across the country, in the Northeast, Florida, Alaska, Maine, Minnesota, New York City, the Bahamas, and beyond. He is a tailwheel pilot, a seaplane pilot, and has extensive experience flying experimental aircraft. Frank is also an accomplished mechanic with plans to become a designated pilot examiner in the near future.
Sarah Tamar

Sarah Tamar Kohan is an ATP rated Gulfstream pilot and a seaplane flight instructor. She has flown seaplanes in the Northeast, NYC, Florida, and the Bahamas. She is a recipient of the NBAA (National Business Aviation Association) Top 40 Under 40 Award, the WAI Martha King Scholarship for Flight Instructors, and the JetStream Aviation Law Scholarship. She is a volunteer with the Recreational Aviation Foundation, the Seaplane Pilots Association, and Professional Pilots of Tomorrow. She has been a guest on several aviation podcasts, including the RAF Podcast and On the Step, and has written for AOPA and Water Flying Magazine.
